We are a community of all ages seeking to love God with all our hearts, souls, minds, and strength, and learning how to love others as we learn to love ourselves. We believe firmly that all people regardless of age are called to follow Jesus out into the world (be on mission)!
First, we are Jesus followers. We believe faith, at its core is a living, daring confidence in God’s grace.
We recognize we are all broken people in need of grace and we believe we are called to walk together, revealing God’s light and love as we go. Because our faith is alive and growing, we seek to constantly discover how to return that love through worship, learning and service.
Second, our community comes out of a tradition called Lutheranism. FAITH is officially a congregation of the ELCA.
When you walk through the doors of FAITH, you’ll discover people of all kinds — from college students and middle-aged adults, to senior citizens, young families, and lots of littles. Some of us are more conservative and others are more liberal. Some of us dress up for church, while others wear shorts and flip flops. We’re all different in our own ways, but we are the same in our desire to grow in relationship with Jesus and serve others.
To us, “community” also extends beyond the walls of our building and so we are constantly seeking ways to include and walk with those who might never step foot inside our building!
