My mission is to create a world of trust, love, and joy! I aspire to do this by accepting emotions, moving through fear, staying present with God, celebrating essence, taking responsibility, and forgiving. At FAITH, I currently serve as the Director of Operations with my focus on finance and information technology. My wife, Janie, and I have been involved with FAITH since 1993.
As a business leader, I have worked in both large corporations, and smaller, entrepreneurial companies during my 20-year career. I successfully founded and guided, as President & CEO, a venture-backed company through start-up, rapid growth, market leadership, acquisitions, and eventual sale. Currently, I serve on three non-profit boards: MAIA Impact School, Ludeman Center for Women’s Health Research and Rainbow Trail Lutheran Camp.
I enjoy my family, new technology, bringing order to finances, Snow Mountain Ranch cabin time, and helping others succeed.
